New to 2026 Commencement

We are able to offer the sale of private suites at the ShoWare Center. These can be reserved through your ASB office starting Monday, May 18th. Students must be eligible to pick up graduation tickets.  

In order to be eligible: 

1. All fines must be paid.
2. All discipline must be completed.
3. Community Service hours must be complete.
4. High School and Beyond Plan must be complete.

Amenities

• Entry through an exclusive entrance on the west side.
• Access up to one (1) hour prior and fifteen (15) minutes after the end of the ceremony.
• Guaranteed seating together no matter how late you arrive.
• Audio feed and video monitor in each suite.
• Opportunity to order catering through ShoWare directly.

Important Notes
• May not decorate or attach anything to the walls.
• No helium balloons allowed.
• No outside food or beverages.
• Suite price does not change for less than maximum attendees.
• Suite capacity is the maximum number of persons allowed in a suite, each person needs a 
ticket regardless of age.
